Fashion. Rolex and Tennis – An enduring partnership… Rolex GMT-Master II, Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31 and New Rolex Yacht-Master 42

Rolex’s association with tennis dates back more than 40 years, to 1978, when it became the Official Timekeeper of The Championships, Wimbledon. Its support for the game now extends to all four Grand Slam® tournaments – the Australian Open, Roland-Garros, Wimbledon and US Open – to legends of the sport such as Rod Laver and Chris Evert, and to Swiss phenomenon Roger Federer and contemporary champions including Angelique Kerber and Dominic Thiem. The brand Rolex is a key partner at leading team events, the Davis Cup and the Laver Cup, and of the organizations that govern the professional game worldwide. Rolex’s contribution to excellence in tennis is based on a rich heritage of continuously championing excellence and innovation while respecting the sport’s finest traditions.

The Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II in 18ct Everose gold features a bidirectional rotatable bezel with a 24-hour graduated two-color Cerachrom insert in brown and black ceramic. In addition to conventional hour, minute and seconds hands, which display the wearer’s local time, this watch features an arrow-tipped hand that circles the dial once every 24 hours to simultaneously display the time in a second-time-zone.

The classic watch of reference. The Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31 in 18ct white gold pairs a diamond-set bezel and a white mother-of-pearl dial. Each skilfully crafted mother-of-pearl dial is a unique expression of this natural material with iridescent reflections and subtle hues that vary with light. The Datejust 31 is waterproof to a depth of 100 metres (330 feet).

Rolex is extending its Yacht-Master range with a new 42mm model: the Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master 42. Created from 18ct white gold, this watch heralds the arrival of this precious metal on a Yacht-Master model. Like all Rolex Professional watches, it offers exceptional legibility in all circumstances, and especially in the dark, thanks to its Chromalight display. It is equipped with calibre 3235, a first for the Yacht-Master range. Discover more rolex.com/
