Born in 1993, Bafic is a London-based filmmaker and artist whose black and white stylistic approach is suitable to reproduce not only the normality of the city, but also its most morbid and dystopian aspects—elements present in his 2016 ‘Processing Procession’ installation at the London Institute for Contemporary Arts. Entirely filmed with an iPhone, the video created by Bafic for the Gucci x DSM collection features parceled editing, where each scene is recounted from many different points of view. The play of reflections refers to short circuits between single entities and modern society in the psychoanalytic literature of the early twentieth century.
